Inline Edits & Generation
Update data without reloading the page
Speed is everything. We engineered the inventory table cells to act as independent input fields. You do not need to click "Edit", open a new page, and hit "Save" just to add 5 units to a shirt's stock.
Stock Adjustments
Click on any number in the Stock Quantity column, type the new amount, and press Enter (or just click away). The system saves it instantly in the background. If a product's stock drops below 10, the input box subtly turns red to alert you.
SKU & Barcode Auto-Generator
Need identifiers fast? Hover over any empty SKU or Barcode cell and click the refresh icon. The system will instantly generate a unique alphanumeric SKU (e.g., SKU-A7X9BQ) or a valid 13-digit retail barcode.
Smart Filters & Pagination
Isolate critical items instantly
Don't wait for items to run out. The powerful toolbar features a live search that filters by Title or SKU. More importantly, it includes a dedicated Low Stock filter.
Clicking this instantly hides healthy inventory and only displays products that are nearing depletion. (Note: The Low Stock filter is an advanced feature reserved for Standard tier and above).
At the bottom of the ledger, you have complete control over data density. Choose to view 10, 20, 50, or 100 rows per page to match your workflow needs.

Who changed what, and when?
When multiple staff members manage a store, mistakes happen. If an item mysteriously goes out of stock, you need answers.
Clicking the History icon next to any product opens the Audit Trail Modal. This secure log records every single movement—showing whether the stock decreased due to a customer order (System), or was manually adjusted by a specific staff member (e.g., John Doe).
