This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines that all merchants must follow when using NexStorez to host their ecommerce stores. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Prohibited Content and Products

You may not use NexStorez to sell, distribute, or promote any of the following:

  • Illegal Goods: Any products or services that violate the laws of the jurisdictions in which you operate or ship to.
  • Counterfeit or Unauthorized Goods: Replicas, knock-offs, or items that infringe on the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of others.
  • Dangerous Materials: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, highly toxic substances, or parts related to the assembly of weapons.
  • Adult Content: Pornography, highly explicit materials, or services related to prostitution.
  • Fraudulent Services: Get-rich-quick schemes, pyramid schemes, or any highly deceptive marketing practices.

2. Platform Abuse

To ensure NexStorez remains fast and secure for all users, you agree not to:

  • Upload malware, viruses, or any malicious code to the platform.
  • Attempt to bypass our security infrastructure, reverse-engineer our system, or access other merchants' data.
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited communications to customers.

3. Enforcement & Takedowns

NexStorez operates globally and complies with international laws. We reserve the right to investigate any violations of this AUP. If we determine that a store is in violation, we may:

  • Issue a warning.
  • Suspend or remove specific products from your store.
  • Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and storefront without prior notice or refund.
  • Report illegal activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

If you believe a store hosted on NexStorez is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately at abuse@nexstorez.com.
