1. Welcome to NexStorez

Thanks for choosing NexStorez! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our ecommerce platform. By signing up for an account and creating your store, you agree to play by these rules. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you do not use our services.

2. Your Account & Responsibilities

When you create a store on NexStorez, you are entirely responsible for what happens under your account. This means:

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information during signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Don't share it with anyone you don't trust.
• If you suspect someone has unauthorized access to your store, let us know immediately.

3. Your Store, Your Rules (and Liability)

We provide the software, but the store is yours. You own all the content, products, and customer data you upload to NexStorez. However, with great power comes great responsibility:

• We do not pre-screen your products. You must ensure what you sell is legal in your operating regions.
• You are solely responsible for handling customer service, shipping, returns, and complaints for your own buyers.
• We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to suspend your store if you are found selling illegal goods, engaging in fraud, or violating copyright laws.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

NexStorez operates on a subscription model. We use secure third-party payment processors (like Stripe, PayPal, SSLCommerz, etc.) as our Merchant of Record to handle your subscription payments.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and you won't be billed again after your current billing cycle ends. We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

5. Service Availability

We work hard to keep NexStorez running 24/7, but the internet can be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We may occasionally need to take the platform down for maintenance or upgrades, but we'll always try to give you a heads-up when we do.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your store at any time. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you severely breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or harm the reputation of our platform.
