Refund Policy

At NexStorez, we strive to provide the best ecommerce infrastructure for your business. To ensure transparency, our refund and cancellation rules are outlined below.

1. The 7-Day Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for all new users to fully explore our platform, test the features, and determine if NexStorez is the right fit for their business. Because of this risk-free evaluation period, we do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions once the trial has ended and a charge has been made.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard's Billing page.

  • When you cancel, your store will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annually).
  • Once the cycle ends, your store will be placed in a "Frozen" state, and you will not be charged again.

3. Account Deletion & Proration

If you choose to permanently delete your account before your billing cycle is over:

  • Your subscription will be immediately canceled at the payment gateway level.
  • Forfeiture of Remaining Days: You will not receive a prorated refund for the unused time left in your billing cycle.

4. Billing Errors

While our payment processing is highly automated and secure (via Lemon Squeezy), glitches can occasionally happen. If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charges), please contact us within 7 days of the charge date, and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous transaction.
